The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts is Britain’s principal body of Head Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Restaurant Managers and leading suppliers. It is actively focused on the education, training and careers of the young emerging talent in our industry through apprenticeships, awards and example. The Academy also runs a charity called Chefs Adopt a School that teaches primary school children about food in a holistic way from plant to palate and the impact that food has on the environment, our lives and on the social fabric around us.
