The Master Chefs of Great Britain

The Master Chefs of Great Britain

The Master Chefs of Great Britain was formed with the aims of not only providing chefs with the opportunity to exchange ideas but also to further the profession thorugh the training and guidance of young chefs.  Coupled with this, the association promotes the best of British produce to the general public, provides cookery demonstrations at food festivals, colleges and schools as well as publishing a food and wine magazine.

The association runs its own training scheme, high profile Master Chef competitions, and offers diplomas at both a Training and Advanced Training level as well as opportunities for young chefs to learn more about food production in this country through visiting growers, suppliers and manufacturers with the emphasis always on fresh, local produce.
