Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)

Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET)

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) provides high quality education and training in wines and spirits. WSET qualifications are frequently requested by prospective employers, and many high profile wine and spirit organisations integrate WSET qualifications into their staff training and development programmes.

Courses are delivered through a global network of Approved Programme Providers. With over 200 providers in the UK alone running WSET programmes, courses are easily accessible wherever you are, and can be completed though a range of study methods including Online Distance Learning.

WSET classroom courses involve tutored tastings to support the study materials, giving students an invaluable opportunity to sample a great range of wine and spirit styles while they study, and to develop their tasting technique through the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting®.

The courses range from a one-day introductory wine course through to a full Diploma qualification, meaning that there is a qualification to suit all levels of knowledge and all stages of a career in hospitality. Please see below for more information on the different courses available.
