Licence to Work® in Hospitality Service

Licence to Work® in Hospitality Service

Equipping individuals early on with basic skills improves their confidence and therefore service to the consumer.  This reduces staff turnover, attracts new customers, boosts repeat business, and ultimately increase sales and profit.

The Academy of Food and Wine series of Licence to Work courses focus on entry level craft skills training.  It's an employer-led standard, a voluntary licence that  staff engaged in the service of food and beverages should hold.

The Licence 2 Work in Hospitality is part of the Academy of Food and Wine Service pre employment programmes that provide entry level training to Food and Beverage staff. The 5 day pre employment programme covers basic skills in Food and Wine Service. The programme is aimed at students leaving school and looking for jobs and those unemployed or looking for a career change.
